In order to apply and register for SHO, the following materials and documents must be received:

  • Completed SHO application and registration form
  • The Health Background form
  • Official academic transcripts from the applicant’s university
  • CV and motivation letter stating the student’s reason for applying
  • Recommendation letter from at least one professor at the applicant’s university
  • Up-to-date certification of English language competency (non-native speakers of English only)
  • Copy of the student’s passport
  • Passport-sized photo of the student (35x45 mm)

The remaining documents can be sent in electronic formats (PDF is best).
